The presentation of the collection "History of social initiatives of business" was held at the Headquarters of Public Support"

Nikolay Georgievich Oskin, the project manager, opened the event by presenting the general results and achievements of the project. Ksenia Chumak told about how the collection came into being. The publication consists of two parts, the first one is devoted to the stories of social business initiatives from five districts of Karelia. The second part contains tourist services and products of entrepreneurs who took part in the research within the framework of the project.

One of the important results of the project was the creation of a new organisation - the Territorial Alliance of the Republic of Karelia. Katerina Efremova, the director of the Alliance, told about the work done, as well as about the new project of the organisation, within the framework of which a large research ‘Social Passport of Karelia’ is underway, as well as planned negotiation platforms with the authorities. Marina Nikolaevna Utitsina, Chairperson of KRO of the Trade Union of Education of the Russian Federation, lecturer at PetrSU, spoke about social entrepreneurship in Karelia.
